ATTORNEY EMMANUEL S. TIPON was awarded a Fulbright/Smith-Mundt scholarship to study law at Yale Law School in the United States where he obtained a Master of Laws degree.. Earlier, he was conferred a Bachelor of Laws degree by the University of the Philippines.
He is admitted to practice in the United States, in the State of New York, and in the Philippines.
He was the Dean and a Professor of Law of the College of Law, Northwestern University,
Atty. Tipon has a thorough knowledge of immigration and naturalization laws by virtue of his —
--serving as an officer of the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service.
--practicing immigration law for more than 30 years.
--writing law books and legal articles on immigration law.
--publishing U.S Visa and Immigration News.
--conducting seminars on immigration issues.
--hosting a radio program discussing immigration concerns.
Attorney Tipon actually experienced the entire immigration process. He entered the United States on a working visa, adjusted his status to that of a lawful permanent resident, and eventually was naturalized as a United States citizen.
His knowledge and skills in the field of immigration law is evidenced by his 100% success in obtaining visas on behalf of clients.
ATTORNEY ABRAHAM “ABE” MARIANO, graduated from Northwestern University in Laoag City, Philippines with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in English in 1955, and with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1959. He passed the Philippine Bar examinations in 1960. Attorney Mariano served as Secretary to Laoag City Mayor Eulalio Siazon until 1967 when he immigrated to Hawaii. He worked with Prudential Insurance from 1968 until his retirement in 1994. He organized Immigration Services with several friends in 2001 to cater to the needs of the ever-growing immigrant community in Hawaii. Attorney Mariano is the firm’s Managing Partner.
MR. SAMMY “BOLOSAN” CADIZ, graduated from Northern Christian College in the Philippines, with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. He is an exemplar of the saying “experience is the best teacher.” He has more than 30 years of almost daily practical experience in helping immigrants come to the United States. He has assisted people in preparing immigrant and citizenship petitions, affidavits, and other required documents. He came to the U.S. as an immigrant and later became a naturalized citizen. He is a retired District Agent of Prudential Insurance Co. and a retired supervisor of Holiday Mart Department Store, during which he rendered volunteer work for immigrants.
